A sudden loss in the workplace Today, we lost a colleague, Sri Ramesh Jogin . A jolly soul, a believer, and a good-hearted man. He was part of our team, driving forklifts for coach movement and shifting work in the second shift starting at 14:00 hrs. That day, he came as usual. As part of his routine, he went to jump-start the forklift. Suddenly, it began to move. In the tension of the moment, he ran behind it to stop any mishap. But fate intervened—he was caught between a pillar and the moving forklift, suffering a severe head injury. Despite rushing him to the hospital, we could not save him. First Hostel Fears Hostel life was exciting but also intimidating. Ragging stories were everywhere, and one night I became a victim.
